Larry Mathews is an American actor, best known for his role as Ritchie Petrie on the television sitcom "The Dick Van Dyke Show". He was born on August 15, 1955 in Burbank, California.
Mathews started his acting career at a young age and was cast in "The Dick Van Dyke Show" at just 6 years old. He appeared in a total of 61 episodes from 1961 to 1966.
After the show ended, Mathews continued to act in various television shows and movies, but never achieved the same level of success as he did with "The Dick Van Dyke Show".
In recent years, Mathews has mostly retired from acting and has kept a relatively low profile. He currently works as a real estate agent in California.
